Front of House

As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be the face of the park and provide excellent customer service to our valued guests, assisting with admissions and ensuring a smooth check in process at reception.

You’ll be friendly and positive with exceptional communication skills, a good problem solver, with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences!

Great customer service will involve welcoming customers and assisting them with the check in process, providing information about the park attractions, activities, and safety guidelines, and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience in the park.

You’ll also be responsible for cash handling and point of sale operations, as well as promoting and upselling add ons, offers, merchandise, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
